Dark Lord:
The Complete Serial Novel

By, Corinne Balfour

Lot’s of sex
4 Stars

Flourda, a place ran by woman, and the men are there slaves to say. Woman are warriors and in charge. Were only some males are aloud to breed. One male stands out when he reaches the home of Countess Nefertiti Avenal… Lord Devereux Langley, grandson of the Queen of Flourda. He’s a different male compared to the rest of the Flourda males. Where there light hair and skin, he is dark. Something is very different for sure. As soon as he steps in, he catches the eye of Biella Avenal, half-sister of the Countess Nefertiti Avenal.

Biella Avenal noticed the new Lord Langley demonstrates traits normally seen in hybrids, along with some other unusual characteristics. She is determined to watch him closely.

I found this to be a really fun read, it was nothing like a historical Novel, but at the same time, it was. The craters are great, they make the whole story come together. I was always surprised at what happened next. I remand this one to historical lovers who are looking for something not quit the same.

After Eden

(Fallen Angels #1)

Devi knows she shouldn’t trust the new employee at her favorite used bookstore. Sure, he’s funny, smart and hands down the sexiest guy she’s ever met, but something dark lurks behind his unassuming smile and sinful green eyes.

Still, a girl can’t always afford to be picky. When an angel abducts your twin brother it should come as no surprise that the one person who can help you get him back is a demon–and only if you’re willing to pay his price.

Review**
I found this to be full of action and many twists. When you think of fallen angels, you always think of them trying to be good. But here in After Eden you find demons who are the Fallen. Some try to just service and other try to better there self’s.
When Devi finds out the truth. There really is no ways to tell you but to say go ahead and read it for your self. Truth of the matter is the expert says it all.

Nexus: There is one truth . . . Everything happens for a reason.

Review**

I am going to have to say it again. I read this one first. I thought it was book 1.
However, as saying that I did enjoy it. I thought it was a fun read. Everything happens for a reason was said just right. There are a few parts that I didn’t care to much about. The biggest one was a part really close to the end. Other then that one part there I think this was a great book even if I did not read them in order. So now, I want to go out and read the first ones. Therefore, if you like paranormal romance this would be a good story for you to read.

Vampire University

(Vampire University #1)

Constantly moving as she grew up, Taylor had learned the hard way how to blend in wherever she went. But when she moves to VanCamp University for her freshman year of college, she immediately finds herself at the center of attention of nearly everyone she encounters. From the charismatic and mysterious Evans twins, to her quirky, clingy roommate Hannah, it seems that the people in Taylor's new college life have no intention of letting her be the wallflower.

It's not just blending in that Taylor has to worry about, though. At VanCamp University, there is more to the staff and students than meets the eye. While trying to adjust to her new life on campus, she finds herself in a world where fairy tales and reality collide, where gargoyles and leprechauns mingle with humans and vampires, and where nothing is as it first appears.

And as she discovers the truth of her own unusual heritage, Taylor learns that fairy tales are just the beginning.

Review**

This was a good new author for me. This was a fun read and really up beat. There was always something new happening. I am looking forward to reading some more of V.J. Erickson work.
So this one I would say would be a nice read for a paranormal lover!

Deadlocked

(Sookie Stackhouse #12)

With Felipe de Castro, the Vampire King of Louisiana (and Arkansas and Nevada), in town, it’s the worst possible time for a body to show up in Eric Northman’s front yard—especially the body of a woman whose blood he just drank.
Now, it is up to Sookie and Bill, the official Area Five investigator, to solve the murder. Sookie thinks that, at least this time, the dead girl’s fate has nothing to do with her. But she is wrong. She has an enemy, one far more devious than she would ever suspect, who’s out to make Sookie’s world come crashing down.

Review**

Now First off let me tell you, I Love these books, have since the very first one. Been waiting to read this one.
I did enjoy this one. I have to say I wish it did have a little bit more action though. I am starting to think Eric is a bonehead no matter how sexy he is. Bill had always been the knight and shining armor and I think will always be. Sookie I love that girl, though hell and back and she is still just going… So to say, I still love these books.

There you have it my latest book reviews. I hope they help you with your next choice.
So intell next time pick that book up and get lost in it's pages:)
