Texas Outlaw
(Wild Texas Nights #1)

By, Adrienne deWolfe

Expert off of Goodreads.com

With her violet eyes and sultry smile, Fancy Holleday knew there wash t a man alive she couldn't charm, seduce, or just plain outsmart. And that included federal marshal Cord Rawlins. The rugged lawman might have tracked her down, but it was a long way to the jail, time enough for Fancy to lure the handsome Texan into sin. Cord Rawlins was sworn to uphold the law. Yet when this brazen lady train robber got the best of him, hunting her down became a matter of honor. Now, all he wants is to reach Carson City and turn his shameless prisoner in -- until he discovers that beneath Fancy's wicked ways lie a secret sorrow and a desperate longing that could steal his heart....

My Review~
4 Stars

I liked Fancy Holleday. She seemed to need some one to love her, something she never had her whole life. She is smart and canning and seems to get her-self into trouble all the time. Then along come dark, tall and handsome Marshal Card setting on a train to turn her world up side down.
It’s seam’s she turns his world the same way up side down. After these to meet, it is one heck of a story from there on.
Therefore, if you haven’t tried this western you should. It is hot, sexy, and full of all kinds of action!
Adrienne deWolfe did a great job on this one I am glad I read it.

By,Celeste Bradley

Right off of Goodreads.com

The only way for vicar’s daughter Phoebe Millbury to inherit a family fortune is to find herself a duke—just as her late grandfather demanded in his will. But Phoebe, who’s still trying to make good after a romantic scandal, also has her two cousins to contend with. They’re all competing for the same money, maybe even the same men. ..until Phoebe meets her match in the terribly handsome and charming Rafe Marbrook.

When she receives a marriage proposal from the Marquis of Brookhaven, Phoebe is thrilled to learn that Rafe is headed for dukedom…and accepts his offer. There’s only one problem: It’s from Rafe’s older, less captivating brother, Calder. Now Phoebe finds herself on the verge of yet another scandal as she faces a desperate choice: Marry Calder for his money—or follow her own heart? Each way can only lead to trouble…

My Review~
4 Stars

Well I am a fool for a good Historical Romance and this one was no different.
I thought it was good from start to finish.
Phoebe, what a woman she is. A little deceitful but nothing I would hold agents her. She takes care of so much and loves it.
Then along comes a teacher ~wink~ math. He is trying very hard to catch her in the writing or working of that dang paper. They seem to toss each other for a loop J
Therefore, if you love Historical Romance and want something with some steam and a whole lot more, this one might just be fore you!

My review~
3.5 stars

I have read many bad reviews on this one, but thought to my self I should try it any way.
You know I am glad I did, I thought this was a good story.
Morie just wanted to get away and try it out in the world doing something she has always wanted to, but was never aloud to. Plus way would you want to be around a bunch of man who just want to be with you for money and power and not for the real deal ~love~
So she go’s out and find’s her-self work on a real ranch and is enjoying it.
There seems to be a down fall though, she has the hot’s for the boss man. Mallory Kirk.
Now his story is something different. He does not think any woman will ever be with him for anything but his money. He try’s hard not to like his new cow hand Morie. However, you know something’s are just out of are hands.
There is a bit of drama and a few twist’s that make this wroth the readJ
So if you like western romances, you should try this one! You might like it.

More reviews to come soon:)
But intel then, keep up in the world of reading. you never know what you'll find :)
